Michael Binder is a Senior Vice President
of Scifo Legacy Planning. This nationally recognized estate
planning firm has been on the Bloomberg personal Finance
television show to educate viewers on the common pitfalls
of estate planning and has been heard on WOR Radio discussing
comprehensive estate planning and wealth creation.
Mr. Binder has been involved with estate planning since
1992 and he has been trained in the nationally renowned
methodology of the attorneys and authors, Robert Esperti
and Renno Peterson. Mr. Binder has been a Senior Vice-President
of Scifo Legacy Planning since 2002 and concentrates in
the areas of advanced estate and tax planning, wealth
creation and asset protection. Over the years, Mr. Binder
has done extensive planning with several hundred clients
Scifo Legacy Planning.
Prior to joining Scifo Legacy Planning, Mr. Binder had
more than 30 years of business experience at several major
corporations including General Electric and Comverse Technology.
He has held Vice-President and General Manager positions
and has been responsible for putting together multi-million
dollar business deals throughout the United States, Europe,
Latin America and the Far East. The total value of the
business for which Mr. Binder was responsible exceeds
one billion dollars.
Mr. Binder has an MBA Degree in Marketing and Finance
from Fordham University, an MS Degree from Pratt Institute
and a BS Degree from Brooklyn College.
Andrew I. Panken, ESQ practices in
the areas of income tax and estate planning, tax controversies
and related corporate work involved in effectuating tax
planning strategies. Mr. Panken, who received his B.A.
(Magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), 1974; J.D., 1977; and
LL.M., in Taxation, 1982 from New York University, was
trial attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Internal
Revenue Service, 1977-1982. He is a member of the White
Plains and Westchester County Bar Associations.
